    Your family is unique and has a story to tell. My philosophy with kiddos is to “let them be little”. I want to capture your child’s personality as they are today. These in between moments that often get forgotten are later yearned for and my goal is to encapsulate them forever.

  • Guiding you the whole way

    I will direct and prompt you the entire session, even if that means I tell you to walk away from me lol - my approach with families is “to be a fly on the wall” and capture your connection. When I feel a pause, I will jump in with new movement and the session will fly by so fast because the goal is for everyone to feel relaxed, and have fun. I have heard too many times that even the hubbies enjoyed themselves.

  • Location

    We can shoot at my private studio in the heart of downtown FSJ or we can venture outdoors at sunset. My preferred locations offer rolling hills or riverside and are usually within 15 minutes of town making the commute easy with kiddos.

  • Wardrobe

    One of the best treats about your experience with me! I proudly dress and style 98% of my clients. The process is quite simple. You will book a private fitting appointment where you and your littles can try on all of the pieces that catch your eye and together we will curate the perfect looks for your session. I have a keen eye and I know what textures and tones work best. You will never have to worry about to wear. Styling is a key element to provide you with the result that brought you here in the first place.

  • Newborn flow

    My approach with newborns is to capture the love and connection surrounding your newest family family in a prop-free minimalist environment. I will incorporate beautifully hand-made knits, flower crowns, lace textures and sometime my posing bean bag but that is the extent of my “props”. The flow will be organic and not rushed. Sessions can last up to 3 hours.

All-Inclusive, Luxury experience at your finger tips

My sessions are an all inclusive service meaning I include all images in your online galleries - no upselling or pressure to select favourites. Sessions yield between 50-100 images. Seems like alot, I know but how can I possibly choose what images you receive? My favourites will surely differ from yours and I prefer that you just have them all. Each image will be hand edited with my custom presets in colour and a mix of black and white. I remove blemishes as well as other distractions and enhance your features but I will never manipulate or photoshop your body or take away the essence of you.

Hair styling & Makeup can be added on in your booking. I take care of making the appointments and your MUA will meet us at the studio, all you need to do is arrive!

Finding something to wear for your session can be overwhelming and this is THE time to go all out and play dress up.

Wardrobe choice is one of the key elements that bring your portraits from basic to ART and is a huge highlight to the all-inclusive experience with me. There is a science behind it as well, incorporating colour theory and the right textiles. I got you though!! I’m here to make the process as seamless as possible. Having stunning outfits at your fingertips saves you precious time and funds that you might otherwise stress about and never wear again.


With over 50 size-inclusive gowns to choose from, you and your families will look your absolute best.

You will receive a free fitting appointment in my studio, where we can work together to select outfits for everyone and curate the perfect styled look.

  • Typically a non-refundable retainer fee of $300 is due at time of booking to secure your session. The balance is due two weeks before your session begins but if you prefer to pay by instalments just let me know and I can customize a payment plan for you.

    I accept cash, EFT, credit cards & PayPal.

  • absolutely not! The choice is yours and I will always respect it.

  • 50+ for most sessions

  • I do not. My favourites that I might be excited to show you may not be your favourites and for this reason, I prefer that you wowed by the whole gallery in the same moment. Seeing each image as a page to your story, complete.

  • This varies depending on the season, how busy I am and how complex the session was. I hand edit every image, removing blemishes, distractions and enhancing tones. Many editing hours are put in behind the scenes to ensure your gallery is perfect and these things cannot be rushed. Do not expect an immediate turn around time. Slow seasons can take between 2-3 weeks. Busy seasons are anywhere from 4-12 weeks.

  • I got you! Whether you want to try on pieces from my client closet or go shopping and get my professional opinion afterwards, I will help you find the perfect looks for your shoot! Take a look at the page that mentions my client closet.
